Gabriele Baldi, born in Livorno, Italy, started to play the piano at the age of 6, and since then music has been a great passion for him. Today Baldi is considered a young, talented Italian in the European House scene.
He grew up listening to different music styles from old vinyls and cassettes of the family..s collection. The music he listened to varied from rock to blues, and from soul to funk from the 80ies. His eclectic musical background provided him with the foundations for his productions now heavily influenced with Deep, House and Acid-Funk sounds.
Baldi’s music career started not long time ago. Recently his house productions have had great success in Italy and other countries all over Europe, where he got very positive feedback from DJs such as Ricardo Villalobos, Luciano, Oxia, Richie Hawtin and many more.
September 2009, his first Ep “She Comes Back”, on Amsterdam’s hot label Bitten, run by 2000 and One, was placed in the bags of the most important DJs of the House and Techno scene.
He proved his talent with the recent release on label Thirtyonetwenty, which was played by top DJs, and caused havoc on the dancefloors.
